ISLAMABAD: (By Iftikhar uddin Anjum) Islamabad High Court reserved Bail out Appeal of Nawaz Sharif. A second appeal that was submitted by his counsel Khawaja Haris for bail out on medical bases. Khawaja Haris on his arguments said "Illness of my client is a serious issue a game of hide and seek should not be continue on his health, my client has been admitted in hospitals in 2003,2004,2007,2008 and on 2016.He have gone through a heart surgery in his Prim Minister-ship in 2016. "Khawaja Haris said Medical board suggest him angiography in their Medical Reports.Its a serious issue non of medical board or doctor is willing to take risk of his health.His kidney diease is also a serious issue.
NAB prosecute said my Khawaja Haris's allegations to hide his client's medical reports are baseless these reports are already on the record of court .
After hearing both sides court reserved the desigion and now its pending . Forthermore no date was given for the desigion .
You should must keep remember , a second bailout apeal was submitted by Former prime Minister Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif on behlf of his counser Khawaja Haris due to his heart and kidney dieases . Jail auturities many times brought him to different Government hospitals of Lahore due to his cardiological issues and kidney problems .
